As those of us who live here know, Harrison Pond is one of the premiere communities in Gahanna. And our hope is to keep it that way for generations to come. In 2004, the homeowners assumed control of the association, elected a board of trustees, and shared responsibility for its direction.

This web site has been established, and continues to be developed, to help encourage that sense of community, and promote cooperation and awareness of issues of common interest. As you will see from being an active participant in the community, there are many ways each of us can make a difference. By touring this web site, you'll find out more about Harrison Pond and Gahanna, and you'll see what makes our neighborhood so special.

HP Consolidated Deed Restriction

Residents of Harrison Pond, as you know the Board of Trustees is proposing a consolidated set of deed restrictions to replace the 17 current sets to deed restrictions.  The primary purpose of this effort is to consolidated 17 deed restrictions down to 1 set of deed restrictions and amend the deed restrictions to include restrictions for registered sex offenders living in Harrison Pond.  The PDF posted here is provided to help residents understand the changes that are being proposed.
