As those of us who live here know, Harrison Pond is one of the premiere communities in Gahanna. And our hope is to keep it that way for generations to come. In 2004, the homeowners assumed control of the association, elected a board of trustees, and shared responsibility for its direction.

HP Consolidated Deed Restriction
Residents of Harrison Pond, as you know the Board of Trustees is proposing a consolidated set of deed restrictions to replace the 17 current sets to deed restrictions. The primary purpose of this effort is to consolidated 17 deed restrictions down to 1 set of deed restrictions and amend the deed restrictions to include restrictions for registered sex offenders living in Harrison Pond.
